Looking for a new job in I.T? well an I.T support technician could be your
answer to everything….
This job will require the Participant to be able to repair
and set up various computes and software within a call centre that relays’
entirely on computerized technology.
skills this job will require you to be able to complete:

The set
up and support of remote access home workers
-
Hardware
support for PCs, laptops and printers
-
Maintenance of hardware & software
inventories
-
Setup
& Maintenance of Portable devices such as mobile phones, laptops, iPads,
notebooks etc.

Maintenance of internal IT procedures and
protocol
-
Basic
server housekeeping (new user creation, system monitoring, backups etc.)
-
Assist in
the management of the LAN / WAN infrastructure
-
Assist
with maintaining telecoms infrastructure both traditional PBX and VOIP
Skills such as the above may have already been educated
during college or university. However, if they are not more technical skills
can be learnt once working with computers, so do not worry if you cannot do all
of the skills listed above.
Although the participant may not be able to have learnt the
skills to assist the management LAN/WAN infrastructure, the participant will
have to be able to set up various software, computers, notebooks etc.
The Participant salary will be £23,000 a year in the first
year, then will move up to £25,000 once they have been working full time for
the first year. If the participant decides to stay with the company then they
will likely to receive a pay rise depending on how punctual and how much effort they give to their work.
